As the International Year of the Forest draws to a close, Pratham Books launches its 'Awareness Today for a Greener Tomorrow' campaign. As part of the campaign, we have organized an exciting relay of events throughout December to spread awareness for a greener world.
The second event is the launch of our book, “ A Walk Among Trees”. The book will be launched amidst the lovely Lalbagh garden by Roopa Pai [who leads history and anture walks in Bangalore]. Roopa will take the children through the book as we actually walk among the trees and spot the ones that are in the book!
Date and Time: 10th December, 8:45 am - 10.30 am
Venue: Double Road Gate, base of the big Lalbagh rock
What you need to wear and carry: Cap, full trousers, closed shoes, water bottle
Ideal for: 8 years and above
